BILLY WAS BORN IN THE EAST END WHERE HE GREW UP WITH HIS BROTHERS ALAN AND JOSEPH IN HAVLOCK STREET.IT WAS IN THE EAST END WHERE HE MET RITA HIS WIFE OF 47YRS.THE LAST 40YRS OF THEIR MARRIED LIFE WERE SPENT LIVING IN CARLEY HILL WITH THEIR FOUR CHILDREN RITA LINDA WILLIAM AND PAULINE.THEY HAVE EIGHT GRANDCHILDREN JOSEPH DALE EDWARD MARK DEBRA LOUISE STACEY AND LYNDSEY ALSO NINE GREATGRANDCHILDREN CHLOE EDWARD BILLIEJO LEAH ABBEY PETER LINDA KATELIN AND ELISHA.ALFIE GRAHAM BILLY WAS A FAMILY MAN WHO LOVED SPENDING TIME WITH HIS GRANDCHILDREN AND WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE BEEN HERE WITH US TODAY TO ENJOY THEM GROWING UP.
